To place an order, simply find the product you would like either by using the
department tabs or the search feature on the left hand side and on top of every page. When you find the
product you would like, simply click the "add to cart" button or on the product information page enter the quanity you desire next to the fragrance you would like and click "add to cart". The next screen will
allow you to update quantities or remove an item from your cart. You can click on continue
shopping to repeat the above steps to find another product(s).
When you have added all of the products that you are looking for into your shopping cart click "Proceed to Checkout" or "Pay with payPal" to begin the checkout process. If you have an account, enter your sign in information to checkout, otherwise complete your billing information, then shipping information (step 1), then payment information (step 2), review and confirm your order (step 3) and then click "Submit Secure Order" to complete your order. We recommend printing your confirmation page for your records. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy our service.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and PayPal. To pay with your
American Express card please select the Paypal payments option.
We also accept payments by mail including personal checks, company checks, and
money orders. If you are placing an order and prefer to mail a payment, please
choose the "check or money order" option during checkout (step 2 - payment options). Instructions for mailing
your payment will be displayed after your order is submitted. You will also
receive an order number to include with your payment.
Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged,
please email us immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please
keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a
replacement will be sent to you.
Orders to destinations in the United States of America ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders to PO Boxes, HI, PR, AK, APO, FPO can only be shipped via USPS.
Our automated shipping software automatically selects the best carrier to use for your order based on your zip code.

All orders take 24 to 48 to process (not including weekends or holidays). After order processing time, orders shipping to destinations in the USA should arrive in about 1 to 10 business days depending on what state the order is shipped to. All orders ship from Long Island City, New York. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays. We quote arrival times in business days, five business days equals seven regular days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 120 countries. Please use our shipping calculator to see if
we ship to your country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over
these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customs policies vary
from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for
further information.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, we do. We can ship to international destinations via USPS Postal Service.
This includes APO/FPO addresses. Customs duties and taxes may be collected at
the time of delivery.
What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette,
and Eau de Cologne?
The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in
the fragrance. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next
would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Some
manufacturers make a solid perfume, solid perfume is as strong as a pure perfume
however it is in a gel-like consistency.
Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in
Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the
concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to
apply.
What is the difference between a splash and a spray?
There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the
method of application only. However, a spray bottle, being sealed all the time,
may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and
splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.
Why do some men wear Cologne, and others prefer to wear After Shave?
After Shave Lotion will usually sting as well as help close the pores after
shaving. After Shave Balm is actually soothing to the skin. After Shave Gel also
soothes the skin, but cools the skin as well and relieves razor burn.
What do fragrance notes refer to?
Fragrances are comprised of many different scents, these scents are called
"notes."
Top notes are very light and last just a few minutes (5-10 minutes). Middle
notes become apparent in about 15 minutes after application. These can last up
to an hour or more. Bottom notes are the heavier ingredients. These last the
longest, usually for several hours.
How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?
Keep all fragrances in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can
unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to
insure a longer shelf life.
My fragrance has been discontinued, how do you still have it in stock?
We stock thousands of fragrances, many of these have been discontinued. Our
buyers travel the globe purchasing entire inventories of hard to find or
discontinued fragrances to store in our temperature and humidity controlled
warehouse.
