Return Policy
Opened or used product is not returnable. Un opened product can be returned up to 15 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address that we will provide you in a return authorization email in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for opened or used items, sale items, cosmetics, deodorants and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

Use the Returns form on the contact tab and type RMA request in the subject header. ***INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER*** In the text body simply past your invoice text that we e-mailed to you along with a reason for the return. You must include a reasin for the return. You will receive an e-mail back with your return instructions. Most returns are handled via a UPS or FedEx call tag this means a driver will come to your address to pick up the package. Once we receive it back and inspect it we will issue your refund.

Sales Tax Information
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York only. All orders outside of New York will not be charged.

Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
Cancellations
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
Coupons and Discount Codes
Occasionally we feature promotional coupons. Follow these simple steps for redeeming a coupon or discount code.
1. On the "Proceed to Checkout" page, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Coupon Code:"
2. Codes are case sensitive.
3. When you proceed to the next page during checkout ("Confirm Your Order") you will see a message of that will tell you if you were sucessfull in redeeming your coupon and you discount will be applied and shown at checkout.
Gift Certificates
To purchase a gift certificate go to the gift certificates section and “add to cart”. After you purchase your gift certificate a box will appear in the "My Account" section allowing you to email your gift certificate to anyone with a valid e-mail address.
Redeeming a HamptonEssentials.com gift certificate is easy:
1. Select the items you want and add them to your Shopping Cart.
2. You can claim your gift certificate by entering its redemtion code on the Shopping Cart payment page and enetering the dollar amount you wish to redeem in the redemtion box. You do not have to redeem the entire gift certificate at once. Any balance will remain in your account for future use.
